Prime beef steak cuts coated in a rich beef liver and mushroom duxelles and wrapped in parsley pastry with a beautiful hand-pulled lattice on the top. Served with all the traditional trimmings - cranberry stuffing balls, rosemary roasted parsnips and Parisienne carrots.
